If you're like me, do you find that you keep asking yourself the same old question?

If so, then what is the definition of happiness to you?

Now that we've turned over to a new year and a new decade, the question seems even more urgent.

And perhaps no question is more controversial than this: what is the relationship between money and happiness?

If you've been hit by the recent economic downturn. If you're in debt or out of a job, you might be doubting your previous definition of happiness. I wouldn't be surprised if you've questioned your feelings about money and happiness.

Why--money would probably be the most urgent and foremost concern in your life. Maybe become an obsession.

You probably asked yourself: can money buy happiness?

Really, what is real happiness to you?

Well, the new year is always a good time for some deep soul searching.

No, stop. Perhaps you don't really need to dig deep. Maybe, you already know the answer.

Can I guess?

Is it MONEY?
