When you look at the mirror, what do you see?

Do you see a winner?

Or see a loser?

The truth is what you see--or what you think you see--makes all the difference. What's more, we often see what really isn't there.

That's because what we see depends on our self esteem.

So what is self esteem? I'll give you a simple definition of self esteem:

Self esteem is how we regard ourselves. It controls our ability to achieve or not achieve our goals.

But how did we get to have the self esteem that we do? Where did it come from?

By the time we even considered the concept of self esteem, we already had one. It began to develop from the day we were born. Subconsciously programmed by family, environment and circumstances.

By the time we even questioned it, our self esteem has already influenced how well we did in school. And continues to wreak havoc or gain success in our careers, health, relationships. Really, every aspect of our lives.

So if you aren't achieving all you want in life, it's probably because your goals are not in harmony with your self esteem.

If you think you're a loser, you'll be a loser.

Do you need help in improving low self esteem? Do you want to be a winner?

Only you can answer the question.
