Hello,
Walking Benefits You. Here's a Walking Exercise to Get You Walking Right.
Walking benefits everyone--so we've been told.
But are you walking the right walk?
It seems that walking, these days, is not just a mode of transportation. It doesn't merely get you from point A to point B.
First of all, there are so many different types:
Power walking, bushwalking, racewalking, weight-walking, hillwalking, volksmarching, nordic walking and hiking on long-distance paths.
Who would have thought that it could become so complicated?
Second, and more importantly, are you aware that when you walk, you are actually telling the world all about you?

1. Inspirational Funnies
So what are you telling the world?
It's no surprise that the way we walk is crucial in making a good or bad impression. And like it or not, people judge us by it.
Be honest. We do it, too. That's because our walk is a form of communication. It reveals our personality, self esteem and even our state of mind.
Do you know what type of walker you are?

2. Inspirational Tips and Walking Benefits
Walk for you life.
I'm not going to go into detail on how walking benefits physical health. Except to say that it could prolong your life.
How? By reducing the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity to name a few. Go to this website to get the lowdown on the benefits of walking. These people take walking very seriously.
However, there's one tiny detail I would like to elaborate. It is this.
Walking contributes feelings of well-being.
What do I mean? Somehow, by walking, neurotransmitters, known as endorphins, are released into the blood stream. These endorphins serve as natural anti-depressants.
So if you find yourself feeling a little low, just take a walk and you'll soon feel better.
Great, isn't it?
==========
Benefits of Walking on Self Confidence and Self Esteem.
Here's a thought.
If your walk is a reflection of your personality, self esteem and state of mind, surely if you deliberately change your walk, you might just be able to change you.
In other words, if you walk with self confidence, you will become self confident. Or at least feel it.
Is this possible?
There's no harm in trying.
So what is the right way to walk?
Walk tall. Hold your head high.
Don't lean forward, and don't lean back.
Look ahead rather than down at your feet.
Get walking right. And you'll feel the difference. Others will, too.

However, if you think your self esteem needs an overhaul, I recommend none other than Bob Proctor. His program on developing self esteem is amazing.
3. Inspirational News
A Walking Exercise About Life.
On August 9, 2010, Ed Stafford, 34, from Leicestershire, England, became the first person to walk the length of the Amazon River.
With the intention of raising awareness for the region, Stafford set out on April 2, 2008. His epic journey took him 860 days, where he walked up to 14 hours a day.
Joined by Gadiel "Cho" Sanches Rivera on July 2008, Stafford used his blog, via a laptop and a satellite link, to reach viewers from around the world.
Go to his Amazon blog to read all about the vipers, anacondas and scorpions he encountered. And watch videos on the indigenous tribes and loggers of the Amazon forest. You'll appreciate the beauty, uniqueness as well as the changing face of the region. Perhaps you might like to join him in his campaign. No, you don't have to walk along the river.
But what an adventure. What a walk!
I think so!
