Hello,
It Could Be You. And Not Just Your Bum That's Getting Stuck on Your Sofa.

2. Inspirational Thought:
How comfy is your sofa?
Like me, you probably have a favorite sofa or armchair. A nice big comfy one where you crash into after a long day's work.
You might have a footstool or a lever to the side that lets you recline the sofa and snuggle up as you watch tv or read a good book. You could also have a little table beside it just for your snacks and drinks.
If it's an old sofa, the cushion may now be moulded perfectly to suit your butt. And every night, when you come home from work, it calls out to you, "Sit down. Get your a$$ right here." How can you resist?
Hey, I'm all for being comfortable. After a long day, you want to relax. Unwind. Take it easy.
You think you deserve it. And you do.
Nothing wrong with that. Good for you.
In fact, you may be one of those who routinely fall asleep on it. And wake up for just a second in order to drag yourself to bed.
It's funny, really.
But when the sun shines the next morning, do you wake up feeling refreshed? Full of energy? And raring to go?
If so, what do you look forward to?
Do you look forward to your work, studies or chores? Or do you go through your day rushing? Like a zombie, waiting for the clock to strike 5pm so you can get home and come to life.
In other words--is sitting on your sofa the highlight of your day?
If your answer is YES, then something is seriously wrong.
3. Inspirational Tip:
How about some exercise?
Right now--get up. Stand, stretch, take a stroll around the block. If you must sit down, pick a hard chair. But sit up straight.
And think.
Is there anything you'd like to accomplish that you've been putting off? Or have been afraid to do?
A goal. A dream. An aspiration.
Big or small.
Ask yourself--what would you like the highlight of your day to be?
Then plan on how you can do it. Make it simple. List 3 things to do to get you started.
And stay off the couch for the moment. Or you might fall asleep again before you even begin.

I also recommend downloading my free e book: Soul Planet? It's an inspirational short story on overcoming fear.
